I started out shooting in a nightclub five nights a week — ever since, a dark room, haze and coloured light have been ordinary working conditions for me, not a problem.
At an event I’m not an invisible photographer in the corner. I’m friendly and active and blend in with the crowd. Guests are happy to have me there and relax – and that’s why the photos turn out good.
I speak English, Swedish, Russian and Ukrainian.
A music camp over several days: young singers and musicians together with professional soloists and conductors on stages in central Gothenburg. The task was to capture the atmosphere of the camp and photograph the concerts.
Darkness, smoke, coloured spotlights and a packed dance floor. I have shot at Nefertiti, Valand, Trädgår’n, Eight Nightclub and Balambaras, and worked with Avanza Events and Paris Latino Nordic.
Brought Tony onboard to photograph Side by Side Music Camp for Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra here in Sweden, a multi-day event with over 2000 young singers and musicians as well as professional musicians, singers, and conductors, spread over 11 locations in central Gothenburg. The assignment was to capture the camp experience as well as the different concerts. A mobile photo booth with its own camera and ring light – guests take photos and get the prints right away.
Reportage is my favourite genre – I have worked in it since 2011.

About 100 finished photos per hour on average. The longer the shoot, the more careful the selection: fewer similar shots, more strong ones. A club night gives 100–200 photos.
The first photos arrive within a day, the full album within 7 days. Clubs get their photos from the night by the next day.
Yes, the photos may be used commercially, and I invoice your company.
